An exciting new opportunity is waiting for someone with a passion for developing and recruiting young women into quality cricket playing and pathway experiences.

This role is a shared position with a Game Development Officer role – delivering in schools, community and in club settings to support grass roots participation.

This role is a partnership between Canterbury Cricket and Christchurch Metro Cricket Associations, it is split 50/50 between the two focus areas. Primarily this will be a key leadership role in the transition of women and girls into playing opportunities within Christchurch Cricket. Secondly the role will work with the Participation Manager in the program delivery space supporting clubs and schools.
