Notice of Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the ninth Annual General Meeting of the Christchurch Metropolitan Cricket Association incorporated will be held on Wednesday October 12 at the Old Boys Collegians Cricket Club, Elmwood Park, Christchurch at 6pm.

The Annual report of the Board of Directors will be submitted to the meeting and the following business will be transacted.

1. Adoption of the 10th Annual Report of the Board and Statement of Financial Performance for the year ended 31 July 2022
2. Confirmation of the auditor for the ensuing year
3. Appointment of the Board of Directors
   1. Two Directors, Luke Hayward and Aaron Johnstone, are retiring by rotation in accordance with the constitution.  Accordingly, the Annual General Meeting will be required to elect two directors.
4. President – Heather Steele will be continuing as President.
5. To consider and vote on any notice of motion
6. General Business

All members, including the Youth Advisory Group and Canterbury Cricket Umpires and Scorers Association must advise the name of their voting delegates (or proxy votes) , which must be received in writing  by the General Manager of Christchurch Metropolitan Cricket no later than 5pm on 8 October 2022.
